Disappointments and Frustrations against Airbnb resolutions

I am truly disappointed in Airbnb's resolution regarding complaints and damage claims to their guests. I want to raise awareness among my fellow guests that some hosts have a negative attitude towards guests who give low ratings. These hosts may file false damage claims against guests, which is truly alarming.
