Can I send a past guest a special offer or a discount so they come back soon? I want to give the a free night if they book 2 in the next 3 months

You can only sent a special offer if the guest makes an inquiry first

Or make the desired pricing-setup in the calender just before the guest books.

(so the guest needs to let you know first they want to book your offer, and on which dates )

Or provide discount direct after the booking has been made by using the "change" option on the reservation and change price in the pricefield of the change form.
