Dishonest guest with fake document

Dear Community,

I want to share my poor experience with my last guest.

This one wanted to cancel her reservation a day before her arrival and asked for a full refund pretexting that she had her grand father who died and she needed to go to the death ceremony (she called me crying on the phone). I told her I was sorry and I also asked her to provide the death certificate so I can refund her. She sent me a false death certificate that I could find on Internet (She changed the date of the ceremony on it). When I exposed her to her lie, she then immediately cancelled her reservation. I am shocked by how manipulative and dishonest this person was. I really hope Airbnb will block her for future reservations.
