Dispute a Vengeful Host for False Description and False Review

Hi Everyone! Me and my family are in desperate need of your help. ** (**) has been leaving false reviews that are untrue. We had our 86 year old grandmother on this trip and initially thought this would be a property with an amazing experience to wake up and enjoy the property. We were also visiting family on the island and was hoping that it would be a cool unique experience property to share with them. It turned out to be a nightmare. The host had many things undisclosed about the property (not being able to use appliances during certain hours of the day, there was a grumpy neighbor who makes the stay unsafe, and there was a camera on-site that was not disclosed). 

 

We initially reported all of the issues and things we saw to AirBnB support but they have not been helpful. We also stayed in 3 other AirBnBs in our time in Hawaii and have great reviews from them. The host posted a review (knowing how to retaliate appropriately) and I am trying to dispute it. Other reviews also listed this issue with this property. 

 

How can I get AirBnB to help me at all because we've worked with so many people already who keep telling us that they cannot help us further? I am trying to get the review removed. I am trying to get this host reported because I cannot believe he is treating us this way for bringing up concerns with our grandmother. It has been a nightmare of a battle.
