Hi @Marilyn12 just wanted to stop by and recommend you also ask in your Local Host Club. Since the Community Center is more of a global space, it might be hard to find someone in your area, especially for a time-sensitive issue.

If you use the search function on Airbnb you will be much more likely to find a local host with a similar property who has availability, then you will on this international community and then you can send an inquiry.

You won't be able to transfer the booking though.  

If you have extenuating circumstances covered by the host EC policy which mean you can no longer host your guests you should be able to cancel penalty free.
