Duplicate charges one confirmation text and email!
I’m desperately trying to get duplicate charges corrected and although my bank has started the dispute process it will take sometime to dispute. Airbnb and evolve are unable to assist. Who can help escalate this issue for me before I overdraw my account.
I received one confirmation email and text msg from Airbnb (evolve was very kind and tried to resolve the issue but it’s outside their realm- the Airbnb we reserved is through evolve)
I have two bank transactions for the same amt from Airbnb however two confirmation numbers. I certainly couldn’t book the same room for the same dates twice, correct?
