Some hosts feel it would be helpful if we could see all messages the guest receives - including automated Airbnb system messages - in the message thread, but we can't.
If you want to write or edit your own scheduled message (which will be sent in addition to Airbnb system messages), go to the messages tab, click the settings icon and select Manage Quick Replies. For each quick reply there's an option to schedule it.
