I have used this company as a guest. They pretty much scammed me when I by mistake canceled a reservation and they just ignore my messages and request. I asked to reinstate my reservation so I wouldn't lose my money and they just ignored me and kept the money. I think that the most frustrating thing was that they just straight ignored me for three weeks so I couldn't get my money back. It is also sad that Airbnb did little to nothing to help my case even I escalated it to a supervisor. This is the last time I book with this platform. They just took a good chunk of my family's vacation budget so now I need to change my plans.

They basically scammed me... Literally took my money and stop responding.

I tried to ask them a question about 2 properties they have listed and never got a response from them , even went on their website and nothing . Then I asked Airbnb and never heard back from Airbnb either .. beginning to wonder if there invoked with each other ??

I think they are set up just to scam people.  I booked a property, but when I saw the way to the loft was a straight up and down ladder I knew it wouldn't work for our elderly group, so I canceled it (within an hour of booking).  They said they didn't get the cancellation.  I see on the internet that this has happened to many people.  I think they have it rigged that any cancellation coming within the 24 hours is blocked just so they can take our money.   What a horrible company.

If they misrepresented the property by not mentioning a bedroom was in the loft/not showing the ladder access you could have contacted Airbnb on check in and ask them to cancel penalty free @Karen4801

I saw the picture of the ladder shortly after booking and that is why I canceled the reservation within an hour of booking it. Evolve refuses to refund my deposit as they “say” the cancellation didn’t show up on their end.  Has happened to many people. I think they purposely block any cancellations coming through within the 24hr to get your money back.
