False Damage Claims from Host

This just happened to us! We stayed at a place hosted by supposed "super hosts" Yuki and Charles and over 24hrs later, AFTER they told us we left the place in great condition they falsely claimed that we broke the murphy bed AFTER they had new guests in the home. Clearly either it was broken before we got there or broken by the new guests. We never touched the murphy bed at all. There was already damage in other places when we arrived in their home and it was clear either they didn't care to fix it or used cheap shortcuts to fix it. Now they're trying to charge us over $1100 for something we didn't even use. I've reached out for support several times and no matter what we say, no one is giving us clear evidence of before and after pictures from when we were in the place, of the murphy bed, to show any evidence that we broke it. They keep giving us copy and paste emails, all just vague and blanket statements, and even had the wrong name written on one of the emails proving that they don't care about our point of view or evidence that we didn't use it at all. Yuki and Charles also promised us a 5 star review after we wrote one and basically this is how they get themselves to become "super hosts". To get people to write 5 star reviews and then they can't change it, then falsely charge them for things that they probably already had broken. Maybe they have something against Chinese Americans too and that's why they're attacking us.
