Family Emergency is forcing us o close

Due to a family emergency, we need to close our AirBnB immediately - so I do need to cancel several future bookings.  What is the protocol for this, if any?  I have composed an apologetic notice to our future guests and I'm about to send it out.  Any suggestions?

@Ken2304 You should read the extenuating circumstances policy to see if it applies but it is likely that you will be fined $50-100 per booking when you cancel. Irrespective of whether EC applies I think you should call customer services to cancel your guests asap.
