Fee charges

Loving the community and the experience shared.I seek your guidance on this matter.

I have a two bedroom apartment. the guest is one person and may have a child (13) come over occasionally.

 would you close one of the bedrooms for them to have access to only one or would you charge an additional fee for the second bedroom?

@Rushell2 If you list a 2 bed apartment it means you supply 2 bedrooms. Anything less is a con.

If you want to lock off a bedroom then have two listings. One with one bed and one with two beds.

Do you charge extra for additional people @Rushell2 . If so if you want you can charge the extra fee when the second guest stays. If you don't you can't. 

personally I wouldn't charge .
