I’ve been trying for over a week now to create four new listings on Airbnb, but there seems to be a bug on the platform. The listings are not accessible and cannot be booked, which means I’m losing around €30 per room per day (about €120 per day total).
While Airbnb is still working on fixing this issue, I’d like to request financial compensation for the lost income.
Does anyone know the right process or contact point at Airbnb to apply for compensation in a case like this?
