Fluctuating daily rates on Booking.com

Hello, I have an issue. Guests that are booking their stays thru Booking.com are being charged less per night that what i have set for my minimum rate thru Pricelab, or my daily rates on my PMS. I currently have a guest scheduled for Sept. 2 - Sept. 4 and Booking.com is only charging $103 per night. The stated rates for those nights are $154 & $164 respectively on my Uplisting calendar that is connected to my Pricelab software and again my bottom limit price is set at $119.  Please advise! Thank you!

Beh, questo e un vero pensiero critico!  I just figured I wasnt the only Air BnB property owner that also deals with the other booking site issues, immagino di essermi sbagliato!!
