Fraud happening Do Not Rent from this host.

Hasad And FV Renters Group

They have listing down for about 20 hotels. One being the hotel I work at. They do not have the proper approval and have collected money while double charging the guest through AirBnB. Save your self and just book with those hotels. When they get a reservation they end up putting it under an Employee rate and giving the renters card rather than providing payment. Not to mention that the rate they are using is supposed to only be for themselves on travel. Currently working with AirBnB to take down this account. If you have rented from them please help by calling Support.

I wish i searched his name prior to getting scammed!  I agree, Beware of this host.  It is a shame that Airbnb continues to allow him to do business.  I agree with original poster, i don't believe he has access to rooms at hotels he is putting up for rent.

We booked his location in downtown Atlanta for New Years Eve night.  We were on the last flight down and attending the Peach Bowl on New Years Day.  Just before our flight i received notification that our room was canceled.  We tried to navigate next steps quickly (in a bit of a panic), but without a place to stay on New Years Eve we didn't feel comfortable flying to Atlanta.  After reaching out to Airbnb and canceling our flight, we received a message 2 hrs later, where we were bereded and called a "Karen".  He came up with a reservation number, but unfortunately it was too late, we couldn't make it to the flight due to the last minute notice.  We missed out on our New Years plans, an alumni event and the Peach Bowl due to this situation.  Airbnb is not being helpful with the financial hit we took and this scammer will continue to get away with these actions.  Do yourself a favor and book through the hotel or find a different host!

I wish I read this before my weekend was complicated this past weekend. He scammed me for a hotel in Buffalo. They confirmed they would not have it through Air BnB. He reserves a room with your name and then collects your money through Air BnB… but it’s no different than if you called and reserved a room yourself. You get there and pay full price for the hotels which he explains they take your card as a “hold” that he will reimburse. Really messed up I called support and it looks like they may be taking the account down finally. I can’t believe it went on for this long.
