My experience in Airbnb I booked an apartment and when I arrive it was completely different and not clean
I didn't stay.
I booked a Hotel in different website.
I claim my money I paid on Airbnb and the customer service they refuse to refund my money.
Anyone looking for peace of mind in your holiday or business plz avoid Airbnb
Airbnb is become a scam is not trusted is fraud company

Did you contact Airbnb immediately upon arrival and tell them the situation? If you didn't involve Airbnb and booked a hotel on your own, they you may not get any help from Airbnb. Always contact Airbnb FIRST if there is an issue such as this.
