Getting reviews on Airbnb!

Hi everyone good morning! I’m a cohost, managing my boss's listing and I really want our reviews to increase Greatly . If you don’t mind sharing, what’s helped you get consistent feedback from guests? Thank you.

what percentage of guests who book currently leave reviews ?

hello Helen. Thank you so much for your reply. The listings haven't been added to my profile yet,as I manage guest communications only for now. 

Okay about percentage,last month we had up to 120 guests but only 10% review.

Hello Alex, thanks for your reply. The listings haven't been added to my profile yet as I started with my bosses just last month and I handle guest communication for now. But anyways,the listings are all in Abu Dhabi. Thank you and I look forward to any tips you might offer to me.
