Groups of working men

Good evening, 

We had a group of 8 young men turn up at our rental which has five bedrooms. 

The booking was made by their secretary.  I woke up this morning to find they had gained entry to our other 3 bed gite so I confronted them. They refused to leave saying they'd booked it. They obviously hadn't, he kept showing me a picture of a rental on his phone...it wasn't even our place. They had every heater on full blast and went out all day.

I had to call their boss and the police.

We've had workers before and on the whole they don't treat the property as well as family bookings. 

Is there a way of filtering this kind of booking?

Their company has now paid for the other rental.
