Guest applied for credit card and DBS

Hello @ Community ,  thanks for taking time to read my post.  I just want to hear other host opinion on this. 

I recently had a guest who applied for credit card,  and a DBS using my address , and also bought a car whilst staying in my house. 

It thus state in my listing that,  my address should not be used for postal  purposes, and if used, the mail will be returned to sender. I am just trying to glean from other host how do they dealt with it?  I have returned the post to the sender, but the guest wasn't happy and she gave me a 3 star for communication

I don't allow guests to use my address to apply for a credit card, DBS etc . 

so you were absolutely correct to return the post to the sender @Abi010
