Guest breaking house rules

Hi. Quick question. If a guest is breaking the house rules, can I kick them out during their stay. I have in my house rules of rules are not followed they will be ejected without refund. Just wanted to know so I have to call Airbnb before I kick them out or do I just call the cops???

@Amanda1706   Airbnb can not force you to keep a guest in the home against your will, so if it's necessary to eject them - especially if you feel unsafe - you may do this without waiting for the approval of customer support.

However, when the host terminates a booking early, Airbnb usually refunds the guest for the unused nights regardless of what the House Rules say.
