Guest insinuates the existence of bed bugs in the review and Airbnb did nothing.

I would like to know if anyone had a similar experience where a guest insinuates that something happened, leaves it in the air with no proof whatsoever and Airbnb refuses to edit or remove the comment.

Unfortunately nothing was done... the review is still visible for everyone to wonder.

"We found bugs in the bed on our first night so didn’t actually stay longer than a few hours. We thought they were bedbugs but host said they were something else (who really knows), either way we left right away and he was quick and accommodating to give us a full refund - no hard feelings!"
