Guest not following rules

Hello everyone 

what do you so when guess did not follow your rules and Airbnb rules. 
and also lying about you having insects at your house with no proof to get they money back? 
Think I already did:

1-i call the guest to let them know that the are doing its against the rules. 
2-message the guest

3- call Airbnb customer service and reported the problem 

4- sent Airbnb videos about the guest behavior 

5- asked guest provide proof about insects, but did not do it. 
6- I sent all the cameras footage to Airbnb.

Hi @Mohamed1029, I'm sorry to hear about what you've experienced. 
I am wondering if any of you @Debra300@Cheri354@Roberto2387  have faced a similar situation and if you could kindly share some advice?

I've not personally experienced serious house rules breaches.  First, all communication needs to be on via the Airbnb message system.  I am not calling a guest to discuss house rule breaches, but if it's so bad that I feel the need to contact Airbnb CS it would to end the reservation as soon as possible.  There is no reason to fear the guest's review, because it's not going to be favorable even if they are allowed to stay for the entire length of the reservation.
