Guests are five hours late leaving or checking out. I notified them in person that it was late twice.

@Nancy1481   It really sucks when guests behave like this. But it's pretty much on you as the host to enter the home and take charge of the situation. 

Whatever action you need to take to force the guests out, you may refer to the Terms of Service paragraph 2:3 -

If you stay past checkout, the Host has the right to make you leave in a manner consistent with applicable law, including by imposing reasonable overstay penalties.
