Dear community, I have encountered really bad experience here. I need some advice to hear what should I do. I feel harassed as disrespected through the conversation with my host.
Firstly it was a mistake from my side not knowing additional guests cannot visit guests staying at the premises is part of the airbnb rules. It was a misunderstanding from my side as I have informed my host and he confirmed the reservation. However as soon as I know it’s not allowed then it’s fine, I can look for other option and we have not check in yet or violated any rules yet.
In the conversation, you can see that he started to be rude and sending harassment and accusation which is not true. I have reported to support team to take action on the behavioral issue from the host but no action has been taken.
Please note that I’m now better aware of the rules after informed by the support team and will make sure I will consult the host before I make reservation moving forward. However I’m reporting the inappropriate comments or response from the host that is crossing the line, which makes me feel uncomfortable and disrespected.
