I saw your reply to another post where you said you had moved to St Leonard's. I am thinking about buying a flat in Hastings, ultimately to retire to, but which I would plan to let out on airbnb in the meantime. Are you still interested in co-hosting work? If not, would you be willing to have a chat to share your experiences of Airbnb-ing in that area?  Julian
