Heating rules: kindly requesting to use heating for no longer than specific hours ?

I have read the relevant conversations about overuse of heating and I do wonder if kindly suggesting to the guests to use the heating for say 4 hours a day is a fair measure to take to tackle overuse?

No you can't ask guests to only put the heating on for four hours or you, or you can if you make it clear up front  in your listing - but it would put guests off from booking with you @Sotiria6 

why not adjust your winter pricing to cover increased fuel bills. 

as you know it gets cold in London and if you have he heating off for the majority of the day having the heating on for four hours  it wouldn't get it warm enough to be comfortable.

I use a Hive heating system which is set at 22c and off overnight but guests can manually adjust.
