Hello, I am new to the short term rental market

Hello, my wife and I have started our first short term rental.  It is a house located in Goffstown NH, USA.  Not sure if we can put the address here or not.   We are learning.  Have had a few bumps with double bookings.  We think we are getting over that challanged.

What we are hoping is that if we run into issues, that we will have local connections in the Manchester/Goffstown NH area where we might be able to help out any scheduling issues and refer guests to other locations.   Is that something that can happen here?

Any insight is greatly appreciate.
