I want choose good name for my announces that can attract more travelers can someone help for this?

One of them is only in French language, title is: Logement lumineux et calme

The other one is only in English language, title is : français

This is not a  title, but It is not logical either.

@Emiel1 The first one is only room renting and the rest of the appartment is shared whith me that I live in the second room and it's renting whith cheap price.

But the second offer is the whole appartment renting whith also good offer 35 euro per night .
