I never considered something so simple could not be accomplished so I told the guest it could be done. Truly pathetic this is not possible. I guess this app wants the entire payment up front. She was asking for 2 or 3 payments..
actually it's not - different STR platforms operate in different ways @John7833
depending on when the booking is for the guest can pay in one or two payments. These options would have been shown to the guest when they went to book.
probably worth familiarising yourself with how the platform works - the Airbnb Help website has useful FAQs you can read up on including how payments work .
