Hilfe ich bekomme keine Hilfe von AIRBNB und keine Antwort vom Gast

Hallo zusammen,

kann mir jemand sagen, was ich machen muss, damit ich von AirBNB eine Antwort bekomme?

Ein Gast meldet sich ´nicht, muss aber die Coronaregeln bestätigen!

GGF muss ich stornieren, da ich sonst eine Strafe riskiere. Storniere ich bekomme ich eine Strafe von AirBNB, obwohl ich die Sofortbuchtung aktiviert habe.

Was kann ich tun?

If this confirmation is an obligation for a guest in Germany (?), you can message the guest access to the listing is not possible without the confirmation. Ask Airbnb to cancel the reservation penalty free.
