Fiz um reserva, a reserva foi confirmada e no dia o anfitrião não apareceu para o check in e falou que não aluga mais o apartamento dele pelo airbnb, entrei com uma reclamação já fazem mais de 3 dias e até agora nada.

When the accommodation is not available on check-in date, it is considered a "travel issue".

You need to follow procedure as mention here:

https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/3028/travel-issues-eligible-for-refunds

 

BYW it is very weird the host did not inform you about the listing not being available.
