My family and I got a Airbnb for our week trip in Florida. When we got into the house my kids were so excited to see there room's that they ran upstairs, While they explored there room's my Husband and I explored the rest. In the game room that had came with the house was not the best. The chairs were ripped, Also the air hockey was missing the puck. We had been informed that our game room had came with a Xbox there was nothing. My daughter ran downstairs as well telling me that the room was not the greatest. It was missing a remote and the front drawer of the nightstand has food crumbs and dirt. The mattress was thin along with the blanket. Two charging ports didn't work in her room either. My son's room was alright except that there was a few left other clothes from before. One of the bathrooms had no lock and came with no extra towels. The sliding glass door to the pool was impossible to get open! My family and I had to use the door from the master bedroom we had. Besides from this the worst part was when we had left to go to Disney World Magic Kingdom around 10 AM. When we got back at least 5 PM our power was out. It was the only house that didn't have power (they hadn't paid the bill) I have medicine that needs the fridge and who knew how long it had been out for. We texted the people and they sent a guy out. He flipped a few switches still nothing (BTW this guy knew like no English thankfully my husband knew enough to understand) we waited at least 6 more hours calling around frustrated untill someone came around 12:30 and turned it on. Of course our time was good but next time I would get a hotel
