Host has right to take your money away?

Hello 

i have been dealing with host name is jennifer so she doesnt respond me and she only respond airbnb agents and she refused to give my money back i asked here couple times for cancellation but she is non responsive how could i reach to executive team to solve this problem i been begging support team solve it but they say they should wait for host decision thats not acceptable and they dont protect my money

Can you give more detail what circumstances have led to you wanting to cancel the booking @Hikmet10

@Hikmet10 Just cancel the booking and you will automatically get any refund due under the contract you formed when you made the booking. If there is no refund due then claim under your travel insurance.
