Host not responding more than 24 hours

I have confirmed booking
Confirmation code

One day before my arrival host decline to accommodate me and want that I as guest cancel the booking which I refused that since host refused the confirmed booking therefore host must be made the cancellation.

But after its more than 28 hours she did not cancel the booking. I have arranged another place.

I am a business traveler and its very hectic situation for me.

Kindly made refund accordingly.

@Khurram11 Sadly the host has truly scammed you. They knew they would be fined if they cancelled so they have sneakily persuaded you not to turn up but haven't cancelled you. As such I am afraid there will be no automatic refund due to you.

Hopefully Airbnb will see that the host 'refused' to accommodate you (if all your contact was on the messaging app) and will do the right thing and penalise the host while refunding you.

You need to contact Airbnb and explain what happened to you and hope you get a good support person. The moderators such as @Quincy might also help to get Airbnb to properly review this terrible host behaviour.
