Host support is AJOKE

Can someone tell me how I can speak to someone at Airbnb who is a manager and who is not in some far away call centre reading a script?

Airbnb has my listing in the WRONG city and despite talking to MANY, MANY " ambassadors" the problem is still not resolved!!!!

Does someone in the community know how to get in touch with people who can actually solve problems?????

both your listings show as being in Toronto - where should they be? 

No because I didn't move!!!!!!  My listing was perfectly fine until Airbnb updated their system and suddenly my apartment is described as being in the WRONG city.  How can I make someone understand this is a problem with Airbnb's system and algorithm!!!!!

It's not clear from your post which city should your listings be showing in if not Toronto ? @Lindsay634 

 

and why isn't it possible for you to follow the link I kindly looked up for you to change the city in the address .

My listing is in Toronto but my listing heading says Scarnborough no matter how many times I reenter my address which is correct in my listing and always had been.

What I'm trying to male everyone understand is up until 4 months ago, the heading on my listing was "Toronto Beaches Bright 1 bedroom".  That is the heading I put on it.  Then suddenly Airbnb's AI added a new heading that says "apartment in Scarborough".  My apartment is NOT in Scarborough and I can't get this changed.

 

The heading on my listing says "apartment in Scarborough".

It is Not in Scarborough.
