Hosting multiply properties, but all of the sudden none of them getting bookings and we are way down from last year! Evolve properties are getting more bookings than direct Airbnb.

I co-manage over 12 properties on airbnb and 15 on Evolve.  When I started all my clients on Airbnb out booked Evolve, but now Evolve is out booking my direct clients on Airbnb and are wanting to switch to Evolve.  I would prefer them stay directly on airbnb.  Is there something I'm doing wrong? Is there something that changed from last year that I didn't update our listings that could cause them to not get booked?

Lots  of your  listings on Airbnb have low ratings with guests complaining about cleanliness, communications and maintenance issues - all issues that you as a cohost control. So it's not surprising your bookings on Airbnb are falling. @Lauren754

Most hosts and guests agree Evolve are an awful company and try to avoid them.
