Hello hosts in Indio California , how are your bookings for the upcoming summer months? The booking have dropped low 99% after coachella what are we gonna do?

Your price seems reasonable to me, but it looks like there are too many properties like this now in your area for the amount of visitors, and there is a “race to the bottom”. This is what is happening in saturated areas.

Good morning    Yes past  2 years the area has become over saturated  with STR. Which I very happy for all them who bought new properties,but  now almost all of us are complaining of bookings.  So hosts keep dropping and dropping there nightly rates  but still no movement

Weekends are great, but for those property owners who bought properties close to 1M over the last couple years aren't going to survive with just weekends.

A couple ideas  

When you count sofa beds and air mattresses as beds for first glance you see 4 bedrooms 10 beds to me that sounds crowded unless I read the photo captions.  Also for me an air mattress is not a bed,

You have a set price that accommodates your max capacity, but reading your  reviews the Guests sound like a couple with 3 or 4 kids.  Maybe have a set price up to your average count of 5 or6 and then an additional fee for extra guests because if I am mom  looking for ny family of 5 sorry but for me I would think He is  charging me for 3 people that don't exist.
