I would love to get your insights on my listing in Konyaaltı, Antalya. It's a modern 3-bedroom duplex within walking distance to the beach, with floor heating, AC in all rooms, fast Wi-Fi, a large terrace, and a shared pool. I also offer a PS5, which many guests enjoy.

I'm looking for advice from experienced hosts about what improvements or updates I could make to increase visibility and attract more bookings — especially during low season.

your place has strong fundamentals – the location, modern setup, and the private roof terrace are exactly what guests look for in Konyaaltı. To increase visibility, I’d focus on three areas:
1. Photo order
Your photos are good, but the sequence doesn’t highlight the strongest assets fast enough. Try starting with:
Brightest living room shot
Roof terrace
Pool area
Master bedroom
Kitchen
Guests decide within seconds, so the first five photos need to show value immediately.
2. First lines of your description
You have great details, but the key benefits are not placed at the top. If you highlight these in the first three lines:
– 3 bedrooms
– private roof terrace
– 5-minute walk to the beach
– modern comfort (PS5, floor heating, strong Wi-Fi, 2 bathrooms)
…you’ll get more clicks in search results.
3. Title
Your current title is useful but a bit long. A cleaner version could perform better, for example:
“Modern 3BR • Roof Terrace • 5 min to Beach • Pool & Fast Wi-Fi”
Extra tip:
A short 15–20 second video of the terrace, living room, and pool often increases engagement, especially in the low season. Airbnb tends to push listings with video higher.
Fantastic advice @Nikola681 😊 but just one thing for @Ayse147 to note, we aren't permitted to add a video to our listing description so it's impossible to get pushed higher in the search rankings as a result. You're probably thinking of another platform that does allow for this😉
