How can you get to talk to a person at airbnb about a review?
We had a very biased and negative review over issues that were solvable by the guest and addressed by us as soon as we heard. Mathematically her 2 star review will negatively impact our algorithm for some time. She was prone to complaining and when i sent my concerns for review, they were instantly denied. Most likely a bot. How to do I escalate the concern? Thanks in advance for any insights.
Sorry to hear that. Some people can be really nasty. A guest I had looked after so well (I follow the same with all the guests told me how happy he was), then on review he gave me 4 stars for something I could of fixed , asked various times if everything was ok. Worst of all, he sent an amazing WhatsApp about how amazing and happy he was in the place.
