How do I contact a person that requested a booking which I had to decline, to let them know the space is now available?
I declined a booking as I had agreed to allow family to stay. Family are no longer coming and I would like to contact the person who made the booking request to let her know that the space is now available. Can I contact via Airbnb messaging as part of our initial conversation? If not, is there a way to get in touch with them to let them know?
