How do I receive my refund?

I forgot that I had an expired debit card on my account before cancelling a trip... shortly afterwards I received an email telling me that I have been issued a refund of $0.00. Once I realised what the problem was, I updated it with my new card but I have no idea how to actually receive the refund now, since the option to file for one is gone and I have apparently "received" it, even though it says $0.00
