How do you support guest that say internet speed not fast enough and cancel right after they check in?

Guest walks in said he checked internet speed it was not fast enough and cancelled... so the guest and I were okay with him cancelling we had a very good communication... but are guest just making up stuff???

Although due to an expected reason, seems like you handled the cancellation really well and everything was solved with good communication. 

Have you encountered any such cancellations with these kind of reasons since then?
