How to book shared parking spaces

I have multiple listings with a shared parking lot.  Some of the neighbors want to rent out their spaces to my guests.  I don’t want to list parking spaces as an add on because I want all spaces to be available to all listings and I don’t want guests to be able to double reserve spots.  I would think guests would prefer all payment options go through Airbnb, but would I even be allowed to use a 3rd party booking service for parking spaces to solve the problem?

You can't book parking through Airbnb.

Personally I would avoid getting involved but provide a link to third party booking software your neighbours can use to offer space to your guests @Josh334
