I am new here, downtown Toronto two suite need one month or longer rent out, posted but no booking, how to check nearby price or why no one booking. I need some help thanks

2. What market research did you carry out on likely demand for one month plus rentals before setting up your STR business - maybe your operating in an oversaturated market
