How to get more bookings

Hi There, I started my airbnb mid Jan this year in Cape Town (south africa). As it was the middle of summer, bookings were back to back and it went great. But, since winter has started my bookings have become much less and it has me worried. Is there something that I should do differently to make it more visible? If anyone has any advise, I would really appreciate all the help that I can get.
