@Weilong1 This is not pertinent to every listing, but here’s what we’ve learned:
Review your listing. For us, the first thing is location. We make a point of mentioning popular attractions at the very top & throughout our listing.
A picture is worth 1,000 words - potential guests want to see the outside, sleeping, cooking, sitting, bathing areas, etc.
Be sure to include any & all amenities you offer, as well as those you don’t. (We list no TV service but have never had a complaint.)
Don’t rely on only AirBnB to promote your place. We hand out professionally designed business cards at every opportunity and post leaflets on bulletin boards whenever possible.
The personal touch is very important. We do not acknowledge requests with non-specific automatically generated responses. Each reply includes cordial info about the weather, current events, etc.
We meet every guest upon arrival, suggest that they might tell their friends about our place, and finish our review with a sincere thanks and invitation to come again.
I hope these points help.
