I suggest to update the listings with some more description

Regarding "1st floor studio apartment" :

Is it a studio or is it an apartment ?

There are not enough photos of the interior, only bedroom and bath room.

No photo of kitchen.

It says 3 guest, 1 bedroom, 1 bed

I see one double bed, where is the bed for the 3rd guest located ?

Also i suggest to add captions to the photos

Check if all amenities you offer are listed .

@Adi6753 I agree with one of the previous responses. A more thorough description and additional photos would give people a better idea of what your property offers. A little more clarity would remove the guesswork and allow potential renters to assess whether the property is a fit for them, so the folks who were interested would be more likely to actually book the space.
