How to politely decline a guest needing rides to area float areas.

We live in a river town on two National Scenic Riverways where floating is our biggest tourist attraction and it is seasonal.  We have plenty of river outfitters who transport visitors to the float areas and pick them up.  They also charge to transport visitors who bring their own kayaks or canoes.  We have lately getting guests who bring their own kayaks who want us to transport them because  they don’t want to pay an outfitter to transport them because it is “too expensive.”   Some of the float areas are more than 20 miles away on rough dirt roads which is a round trip of 40 miles.  It’s usually to take them from the end of the float location where they have left their vehicle and then take them to the start position.  We’ve been put on the spot and really don’t know what to say and used the excuse as we will be gone all day with family and friends.

I am concerned about liability on us as well as AIRBnB if there is an accident.  Would AIRBnB cover this?  Any ideas on how to respond will be appreciated.  Thanks to all.

@Rhonda45 its really very simple - Just say NO. You can add it is not a service you are insured to provide if you wish to temper the NO but just NO works for me

Not only just say NO as @Mike-And-Jane0 instructed, also include it in your house rules that there is NO onsite transportation provided to guest. Also include in house rules that RT cost and reservations for transport outfitters is guest responsibility.
