@Dawn1084 If you took care of it without telling the host, they have no real way of rectifying it for you. Did you let the host know?
We don't ever refund for things that we were not given the opportunity to correct. Especially if you did not leave. Youre accepting conditions as they are by staying hence no refund.

As our Hosts suggested, did you reach out to the Host? How did they handle the situation? It could also be a good idea to contact the Airbnb Support Team.
