I'm having trouble verifying my identity.

I already completed the verification and received the confirmation email, but now it's asking me to verify it again.

Hi buddy If you're having trouble verifying your identity, make sure your ID photo is clear and readable, with no glare or shadows, and that all details like name, date of birth, and address match your account exactly. Sometimes switching devices or browsers helps, especially if camera permissions are causing issues. Also, check that your document is valid and not expired or damaged. If verification still fails after a few attempts, contacting support is the best option, as they can manually review and approve your documents.
