I know it's the weekend I'm not sure if that's why I was told by a Airbnb support member that his shift is ending and he'll contact me tomorrow about my issue. I've been a super host now for over 2 years and have hosted many long-term guests. My problem is I just had somebody book and usually once their confirmation is set I am able to see their preferred first name and of course they're legal last name. Right now I am seeing nothing for their last name but the letter A. Nothing else and I've reached out to support telling them I'm not comfortable having somebody with just a letter as a last name coming to my house as part of my rules state that upon arrival are required a unexpired form of identification so I can actually make sure the person that made the reservation is the same person moving in as half the time they have profile pictures that are nowhere close to the way the person looks when they show up at my door. They are giving me a hard time about it and it's not making sense and then I asked to get it escalated to a supervisor and they called me and when I was being transferred it got disconnected then I get a message from I guess the supervisor saying his shift is about to end so he'll catch up with me later. Are you kidding me. I am not comfortable with this guest at this time to be honest and then she just changed the reservation from 3 months down to one month telling me that in order for her to get reimbursement for her moving costs with the hospital she's going to be moving with she has to do it that way cuz Airbnb only took out payment for one month and not the whole 3 months and she wants to be reimbursed for the whole 3 months and she only has so much time to submit it and I am getting very Weary at this point as none of it is making sense and I'm not getting any answers even as a super hose from support can you help me in any way
